A wonderful loop ride across the northern flank of Monte Cimino, the highest mountain in the Viterbo province. Highlights include panoramic views of the Tiber River valley and two famous medieval hill towns, Soriano nel Cimino and Bomarzo. The majestic castle in Soriano is particularly impressive. There are many bars and restaurants on route, and the restaurant at Pallone - Al Pallone - is one of the best in the region.
